 at 4:53 PMChangi Prison was opened on 4 January 1937.It has historical signifiance and heritage.Althought the goverment decided to redevelop Changi Prison,it has preserved certain parts of it for their historical value.I feel that after the redevelopment of Changi Prison,it will have even better security than before,and better rehabillitation facillities for prisoners.Having a prison like that will keep crimnals at bay,making Singapore a very safe country where we can walk the streets without fearing from our safety.
